Hi guys!!! welcome back to my blog. how are you today? i hope you are fine!. for today topic i am going to talk about How To Do A Push Up. You guys must be already know what is push up. but in this blog i am going to tell you guys step by step and the benefit for doing a push up. well lets get started!!.

 

 Definition

an exercise in which a person lies facing the floor and, keeping their back straight, raises their body by pressing down on their hands. 

 

Step 

1. Get down on all fours, placing your hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
2. Straighten your arms and legs.
3. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
4. Pause, then push yourself back up.
5. Repeat.
